The RMSC’s newest exciting temporary exhibit explores the tasks and challenges required of a space explorer, requires teamwork to solve problems, and illuminates the science + tools needed to monitor damage to a spacecraft. Experience a rocket launch, explore how a lack of gravity can affect the body & mind, and discover how scientific observations and measurements can both differ in space. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to sleep, eat, shower, and use the toilet in space, Astronaut allows you the opportunity to explore your curiosities. Exhibit interactives relay the physical and psychological effects on the human body when living in microgravity, and samples the technology needed to complete a mission. You’ll also learn about how astronauts are supported by a wide range of professionals who help them on every step of their journey.

This interactive musical brunch is packed with fun for audiences of all ages! It's Springtime and the animals of the Woodlands are preparing for the return of the Easter Bunny! Follow Bonny Bunny, an excitable young rabbit, as she searches to retrieve her lost bonnet and with the help of her new friend, Farmer McGregor, journey home to her mother in time for the Easter celebration.

For the first time in forever it is time for the holidays to begin! Join Queen Elsa and Princess Anna as they signify the beginning of the most wonderful time of year by lighting our Christmas tree! Accompanied by their memorable friends, Elsa and Anna invite attendees of all ages with their families to take part in this interactive event. Featuring live music, snowflake making, and photos with the Royal sisters, the excitement kicks off with Elsa using her magic to light our magnificent tree.

March 20-22, 2026: Dear Edwina JR. follows the adventures of plucky advice-giver-extraordinaire, Edwina Spoonapple, as she directs the neighborhood kids in a series of buoyant production numbers for the latest edition of her weekly "Advice-a-Palooza.” Edwina and her friends share wisdom on everything from trying new foods to making new friends, through clever, catchy and poignant songs.​ Performed by students in Grades 1-5. This is a perfect show to introduce young kids to the theater experience in a perfectly non-pressured environment!

Inspired by traditions of classic American folk music and vintage New Orleans jazz, Mitchell’s beguiling sung-through musical pits industry against nature, doubt against faith, and fear against love.

February 20 & 21,. 2026: Stages presents How to Get Away with a Murder Mystery: Five mysterious color-coded guests. A mansion. A murder. Can the killer get away with it? And how will the sleuths bring them to justice? Told in vignettes, this show hilariously skewers the tropes of the murder mystery: an airtight alibi, a long-winded monologue by a detective with an accent, an impossibly complicated Rube Goldberg murder device? Check, check, and check! Performed by students in Grades 6 - 12.

Spit spot! A spoonful of sugar and a magical brunch is in your future at The Old Farm Cafe when Mary and her friends visit us for brunch! This Jolly Holiday celebration will begin with guests taking their seats throughout the enchanted farmyard until the brunch is served.

June 5-7, 2026: Stages presents Newsies JR: Inspired by the rousing true story of newsboys in turn-of-the-century New York City, Newsies JR. features a Tony Award-winning score. When powerful newspaper publishers raise prices at the newsboys' expense, the charismatic Jack Kelly rallies newsies from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions. Together, the newsies learn that they are stronger united and create a movement to fight for what's right. Performed by students in Grades 4-8.

Your Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and Rochester City Ballet celebrate 26 years of a holiday tradition: The Nutcracker at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre! Be whisked away to a magical land of sparkling snow and delectable sweets as Tchaikovsky’s unforgettable score pairs with beautiful ballet. This story of a young girl’s Christmas Eve dream never fails to touch the heart!

An enchanted brunch is served for families of young princes and princesses! Fairy Godmother, Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty have arrived to dine with young royalty at The Old Farm Cafe. The celebration will begin with guests taking their seats throughout the enchanted farmyard until the brunch buffet is served.
