Ready to introduce your kids to the exciting world of climbing? Our staff belay service is perfect for first-timers or those who just want a quick, staff-guided adventure. In this one-hour session, we'll make sure the focus is on getting the kids climbing and, most importantly, having a blast! Let's make their first climbing experience a memorable one!

Each Sunday evening at 9 PM, October through April, the Schola Cantorum, an ensemble of voices and historical instruments directed by Stephen Kennedy, performs the 30-minute liturgy by candlelight. On the first Sunday of each month, a Candlelight Concert at 8:30 PM precedes Compline.

Embodying music with an unparalleled dramatic sensibility, soprano and conductor Barbara Hannigan is joined by acclaimed pianist Bertrand Chamayou in a Kilbourn Hall debut, performing works by Scriabin, Messiaen and John Zorn.

Treble Chorus and Repertory Singers finish the classical choral performance season for the semester by ringing in the holidays with Benjamin Britten’s “A Ceremony of Carols.” Admission is free and open to the public. Recommended for ages 6 and above.

Get Ready for a Magical Christmas Adventure as Santa and Mrs. Claus bring holiday wonder to Hidden Valley. Decorated in Christmas splendor, The Lodge will host Santa’s Wonderland where you’ll decorate cookies, write letters to the North Pole, take holiday photos and more before boarding your trolley for a journey through Hidden Valley’s Mystical Forest. There you’ll see herds of bison and elk, Randy the camel, llamas, and blackbelly sheep roaming the wintery terrain. Upon your return, pet and feed a variety of live animals in open-air stalls.
