Homesteads for Hope is a 501c3 non-profit Community Farm and Future Housing Village nestled on 55 acres along the wide waters of Historic Erie Canal in Rochester, NY. Embark on an exciting journey to discover the wonders of farm life with our weekly Field Trip Fridays-Fun on the Farm at Homesteads for Hope. May through October, every Friday we welcome schools, daycares, homeschoolers, and groups/families of all ages and abilities to experience a hands-on, inclusive agritourism adventure filled with learning, exploration, and connection to nature.
