We are a traditional martial arts academy that specializes in Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu and we are members of the United States Kung Fu Exchange We also have the leading Character Development Program in Rochester.
We have classes that start at age 3 and run through adult. We teach martial arts through emphazsizing hard work and martial arts character.
We have a preschool Ninja's Program for 3-5yr
Beginner and Family Classes for older students.
