Le Roy Christian Community Project (LCCP)

The Le Roy Christian Community Project, Inc. (LCCP) is a grassroots organization that has been serving Le Roy, NY and its surrounding communities since 1998. We believe that all people in our company, most importantly our youth and elder members, are vital and treasured assets that must be cared for by their neighbors. In line with this ideal, we offer a variety of programs to include an After School Program, Mommy & Me Playgroup, Teen Drop-in Center, Backpack Club, Summer Day Camp, Grace's Kitchen, Caregiver Support Group and a Mom's Prayer Group.

Through our youth programs, we offer a “safe haven” where our area children can find mentoring, academic support, recreational opportunities (such as dance and theater instruction), social skill building and ways to give back to the community through service projects. These programs are offered at no or little cost to the families that participate in them, and have become an integral part of these families' lives as well as the community at large.

Our Backpack club has over 70 participating children, and Grace’s Kitchen has recently celebrated our Second Anniversary, offering free meals and kinship every Tuesday from 5 to 7 pm.
