Varick Winery & Vineyard

 Varick Winery offers a tasting room with a little country store, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and beautiful views of the vineyard, cherry orchard and Cayuga Lake.  Sample wines paired with food, such as cheese, chocolates, preserves, mustards, salsas, hot sauces, herb dips, fruit butters, dipping oils, salad dressings and BBQ sauces.  Guests can relax and stay awhile at the winery; linger in rocking chairs on the front porch with a glass of wine or picnic on the grounds.  In June and July, guests can pick sweet and sour cherries from the orchard. And, from May through October, guests can use a giant slingshot to hurl  potatoes or pumpkins at targets.

The Inn at Varick Winery allows guests to relax and rejuvenate in an 1833 historic cobblestone home adorned with country and antique décor.  Vacation rental for a maximum of 8 people includes four beautifully appointed bedrooms with a king or queen-sized bed, private baths, full kitchen, laundry room, air conditioning, wireless internet, cable TV, and private beach.  Rental includes a complimentary wine tasting & winery discounts, and a gift basket of Varick Winery products.
