Since 1905 the City of Rochester Public Market has been a source of healthy, affordable food and a rich cultural experience--the RPM is a dazzling diversity of products and people! Open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays 52 weeks a year, plus another 35 days per year for free-admission special events!
For over 120 years the Market has connected the city, its countryside, and the region's farmers, producers, and businesses; the Market has always been a source of freshness and value, character and community. The Market offers special connection to growers, merchants, and fellow customers; the Market is also truly a rich, unique cultural experience. In addition to regular Market shopping days three times a week year-round, the Market offers an additional 35-40 free-admission special event days each year.
