Rochester Childfirst Network (RCN) is a unique indoor and outdoor environment where children thrive in an inclusive, fun-loving, and curiosity-inspiring environment built on academic and social-emotional growth. RCN is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to advancing the quality of early education and care in Western New York, through leadership, advocacy, and innovative direct services to children.
