I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I offer a full analysis of each child's sleep and based on the child's temperament and parents preferences I develop an individualized step-by-step sleep plan. My approach is not a cookie cutter method. I offer no-cry methods as well as more firm methods, but I never recommend that parents let their child cry themselves to sleep. My consultations can be done 100% virtually or you may choose an in-home consultation. Upon selecting your sleep package, I will be there for unlimited email support throughout our time together.
