Mommy and Me Yoga
Mothers, Fathers, Caregivers and Grandparents

In yoga, we're not only activating and stretching our bodies--we're stretching our imaginations, patience and kindness, towards not only our little loves, but ourselves! Strengthen relationships with your own little
yogi, as well as with other new parents and caregivers in our circle of support. This time is just as much about you as it is your child, so come unwind, laugh, dance, stretch and re connect to your own breath.

*Mommy & Me Yoga (Crawling to 3)*:
Come join the fun, with story time yoga for your young!

Your young yogis are given the opportunity to take a ride through their imagination and add to the storyline of each class. This empowers your child by being given the choice to voice his or her creativity. It also makes each class new and exciting!

Your little ones are off exploring and learning at every new turn with their new crawling and walking skills. Come explore their imagination and creativity with them!

*Mommy & Me Yoga (Newborns to almost-crawlers) *

Parents, come enjoy the presence of your new little love, and treat yourself to this relaxing and supportive environment-you deserve it!. Each class will devote time to gentle, hands-on yoga and massage for babies- aiding in digestion and promoting the sleep-wake cycle. Bonding postures,
playful rhymes and songs and breathing techniques are explored.

**You are more than welcome to bring extra blankets, a stuffed animal, and bottles, as well as anything else your baby may need to have his or her needs met. Your babies are as free to feed (either breast or bottle), nap or cry during this time as they are free to giggle, wiggle and bond with you.

*Teen & Tween Girl's Yoga*:

It is difficult for teen girls in particular to feel a strong, positive sense of self while their bodies are constantly changing and they riding on the daily emotional rollacoaster of life. Their body image is constantly being questioned through the images they see in magazines. Ladies, I invite you to come rock your inner beauty, come rock your awesomeness. Treat your body and mind to an hour of self love, care, and kindness. This specialized yoga class provides a safe, non-competitive place for tweens and teens to work with their bodies and their emotions, and de-stress from the whirlwind of school, social life, and texting! No yoga experience necessary!
