Tinker Nature Park / Hansen Nature Center

Tinker Nature Park is a 68-acre, ADA-compliant park. It features a 1.2 mile walking/exercise trail, a 1/2 mile nature trail, a wildflower meadow, snake hibernaculum, wildlife observation blind, indoor observation beehive. The Park also features a pond for fishing (bass season only), a playground and recreation area, a physical fitness course, three pavilions with picnic tables for cold picnics, and several museums on the property. Dogs are not permitted. The Hansen Nature Center is open Tuesday - Saturday 9:00-4:00 and is free and open to the public.
