Empowering People's Independence formed when the Epilepsy Foundation Rochester-Syracuse-Binghamton merged with People Rebuilding And Living In Dignity. EPI helps people with epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, and other developmental disabilities. We help remove barriers so that the people we serve can live the life of their choosing.
