Independent Lake Camp is a premier overnight summer camp in the Poconos for ages 6-17 offering an impressive array of activities rich with integrity due to top-notch facilities, and talented staff. Established over 30 years ago, ILC is dedicated to celebrating diversity, promoting creativity, and empowering individual growth with our individualized, elective scheduling. Campers will learn worthwhile skills in 2-8 week sessions while making everlasting memories & friends. Each camper chooses from: Circus, Trapeze, Sports, Fitness, Archery, Art, Theatre, Dance, Magic, Music, Recording Studio, Skatepark, Digital Arts, Moviemaking, RPG, Rocketry, Climbing Wall, High Ropes, Water-ski, Wakeboard, Lake, Pool, Horseback, Nature & more! Choose from 2 or 3 week session options, or combine multiple sessions for 5, 6, and 8 week experiences, for a fantastic summer filled with unforgettable memories, lifelong friendships, and life skills that provide your child with independence, self confidence, and a sense of achievement!

OFC’s kid camp shows are typically 60-minutes in length and include full cast musical numbers as well as opportunities to feature soloists, specialty dancers, and supporting characters. Oftentimes these are Junior (Jr.) productions which are a 60-minute version of a full Broadway show, the Jr. versions reduce verses in long songs, cut subplots or unneeded musical numbers, and make the scripts easy to read and memorize for student performers.

In BioEYES, young scientists will dive into the world of zebrafish biology as they observe real embryo development in action! Through hands-on experiments, microscopes, and guided exploration, students will discover how life begins, learn about genetics, and even raise their own zebrafish from egg to larvae. This engaging program brings science to life—literally—sparking curiosity, discovery, and a deeper appreciation for the wonders of biology!

We’ll save a perfectly sized chair for you at the theatre! Goldilocks Pint Sized is perfect for your first theatre experience! Focusing on skills in acting, singing, and dance — instructors will lead campers in learning a short 12–15-minute full stage production. Campers will be introduced to costumes, sets, props, and more all while having fun onstage!

OFC welcomes all teens to continue or begin their theatre journey in our teen program. Typically, the teen productions tackle a full Broadway or off-Broadway-length show, not a reduced version, with a script and score designed for adults and professionals.

For almost 100 years, Camp Stella Maris has been a home away from home for campers to try new and exciting things, challenge themselves, and make friends that will last a lifetime. Campers unplug for the week and experience the excitement of an entire summer in just six days. Our overnight campers sleep in one of our 21 cabins while Day Campers share the facilities during the day. Shaving cream wars, mudslides, and campfires are some CSM classics that campers are sure to love.

EquiCenter’s Summer Program offers a dynamic weekly experience for youth 5+, combining hands-on horse activities, nature-based learning, and horticulture, all while fostering social and emotional growth. With sensory areas for regulation and flexible classroom activities, it’s the perfect way to gain horse knowledge and enjoy the outdoors this summer.

Superheroes and Villains Unite under one roof for 5 days of dancing and fun! Join us as we learn ballet, jazz, hip hop, tumble and creative movement - all while incorporating movement styles by your favorite superheroes and villains! Campers imagine their own character and bring them to life by making themed crafts all week. The week concludes with a mini performance for family and friends. Open for children ages 3-12.

Summer adventure sessions are held at Helmer Nature Center in Irondequoit and are available for ages 5 to 15. All class days run from 8:30–2:30 pm M-F. Expect your child to jump, crawl, run, hide and play in this fun-filled camp experience!

Camp will include baseball instruction from collegiate players and coaches. There will be games, competitions and instruction in all areas including hitting, pitching, fielding and base running.

Unleash your inner warrior at RFC this summer! Featuring fencing, martial arts, stage combat, and more! One week sessions throughout July and August. Suitable for anyone with little to no fencing or martial arts experience. 9AM - 3PM, Monday - Friday.
