Kidstrong East Rochester Summer Camp
Join us for an unforgettable week this Summer! Gain confidence and strength while sailing through obstacle courses and tackling fun competitions during this week-long camp! Fun, friends, and fitness!

Campers ages 4-11 will get the opportunity to gain confidence, strength and teamwork skills each day of camp. The 2 professional coaches will be running campers through age-appropriate skill work and challenges so that they can develop strong physical, cognitive and character-based skills. Students will spend the majority of the day on the blue floor but will also have opportunities for some STEAM projects off the mats. The day runs from 9am until 3pm!
