Hochstein’s summer program provides an ideal time to explore something new or to keep those skills fresh for fall. Children ages 5 to 10 can take a fun-filled journey through music, art, and movement during three sessions of Arts in Action summer camps, each with a different theme. We also have two brand new camps – Elementary Wind Band Camp and Woodwind & Brass Chamber Camp – a new camp in Hochstein's Music Lab focused on writing songs and making beats, and new opportunities for young string players at String Chamber Music Connections this summer.

Bach to Rock® singing camps give young vocalists their time in the spotlight! Our Glee Club Camp helps students become stronger singers — no matter their existing skill level. At the same time, campers get the chance to perform with other vocalists.

This half-day camp introduces young campers to a world of music! Rock City World Tour includes a mix of story-time, musical instruments, and group play. Kids will learn about core musical concepts, get to play a variety of instruments, have musically-inspired story-time and get to participate in fun, group activities.

Designed for Ninjas ages 8+ who are experienced Minecraft® players, this Camp teaches Ninjas how to become game experience masters through customizations ranging from tools to weapons, enemies, and more.

A sailing camp on beautiful Canandaigua Lake where kids can experience the joy of sailing, whether they are first-timers or working on their racing skills. Weekly sessions are held throughout the summer.

Campers will use different, exciting mediums including: acrylics, clay, gouache, watercolor, marker, pastels, colored pencil and more. Camps are week long Monday-Friday with 8 weeks to choose from over the summer. Full day is 9:30-3:30, extended care is from 9:00-5:00, you can also choose half day morning or afternoon.

The Warrior Factory Ninja Camp will include structured and unstructured activities that range from training techniques, open gym play, Ninja games (obstacle tag, N-I-N-J-A, Follow the Ninja, Warped Wall Knockout), obstacle courses, and some Ninja-related activities (design a course, obstacle, t-shirt, etc.). Recommended for Ages 6-12 years old. Full and half day options available.
