Our camps are designed to keep children challenged with unique activities that can’t be found at other camps. Indoor gymnastics, ninja warrior events, archery, ropes course, zip lines, kayaking, slip n’ slides, outdoor play area, and more!

Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics serves greater Rochester, New York with a state of the art 20,000 square foot air conditioned facility and dedicated trainers and staff. We offer recreational classes and camps for kids. You can choose between gymnastics, tumbling or ninja warrior class. Our students start as young as 18 months and go up to adults. We also offer summer camps and camps when the kids don’t have school. Camp activities include gymnastics, ninja warrior, and outdoor activities.
