Preschool summer camp for children who need help maintaining SLP/PT/OT skills over the summer months. Feel & Speak focuses on identifying emotions and how to express and advocate for them functionally.

One of a series of Preschool Summer Camps hosted by Rochester Hearing & Speech Center. These camps are perfect for preschoolers who do not qualify for extended school-year SLP/PT/OT services but need help maintaining skills over the summer months. A variety of themed activities will be provided in an active, fun, creative environment! Feel & Speak focuses on identifying emotions and how to appropriately express and advocate for them functionally. Building regulation strategies as needed, giving children the words (expressive language) to communicate their feelings, wants and needs. Led by a Speech Language Pathologist and licensed Occupational Therapist. Held Thursdays for six weeks.
