Yoga and Mindfulness for Youth

Bani Aello offers Group Classes, Special Programs and Private Sessions that teach you how to reduce anxiety and manage stress by providing you with healthful and effective tools that you can easily incorporate into your daily lifestyle.

Students will be taught Yoga and Mindfulness.  Mindfulness is described as non judgemental present moment awareness.  This will be taught through crafts, games, dance, meditation and discussion. The foundational principles of Mindfulness include acceptance, gratitude and compassion. 

This camp will be taught by Bani Aello a certified New York State Teacher with over 20 years experience with children.
