Hula hoop fitness classes for adults and children. Need some party entertainment? Let Webster Hoopers come and teach some moves and play games with hoops! Webster Hoopers is also available to visit your school and do hooping workshops.
Hooping with the appropriate sized hula hoop is great exercise and fun too! Classes are upbeat and supportive. Hooping burns 400-600 calories an hour!
