Summer at Kanack: Creative Ability Development Camp

This improvisation camp is for students of all levels! Students who have only just started playing will benefit just as much as students with advanced improvisation skills. Whether perfecting their ensemble coordination or crafting new melodies, campers build confidence, curiosity, and creativity. We empower students to tell stories—their own, their friends', the ones they create together—in a multitude of ways. Maybe your child wants the experience of creating a score for a short film! Or maybe it's time to do some acting with puppets or a musical instrument!
Students experience a week of arts and crafts, storytelling, musical improvisation, rhythm skills, and puppet theater, all activities designed to empower them with confidence in their creative ability, develop social skills and mutual cooperation, and simply have a lot of fun! Don’t miss a summer of friendship, fun, and memories that last a lifetime!
This camp is offered in Full-Day, Morning Only, or Afternoon Only sessions. Our Morning programs conclude with a concert at 12 noon on the last day of camp. The Full Day and Afternoon Only programs end with a concert on the last day at 6 pm.
