The RIT Center for Media, Arts, Games, Interaction and Creativity (MAGIC) was established in 2013 and is a university-wide, multi-disciplinary research center and commercial game studio, MAGIC Spell Studios LLC. In August 2016, we became the first university to release a game (Hack, Slash & Backstab) on the Xbox One platform.
