Youth Rugby Rochester is a local organization open to youth interested in playing the sport of rugby. We are currently holding Youth Flag Rugby sessions where participants from 1st to 5th grades will learn the skills and to play rugby in a fun, active environment.
Our Flag format sessions are coed.
