Yoga Quest

Yoga Quest classes offer you the opportunity to improve your flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, focus, energy and to reduce your stress level. We offer beginner to advanced intermediate classes as well as back care, gentle yoga, restorative, and women’s health classes. There is a class for Every Body – athletic, sedentary, large, small, old, young, tired, stressed… – because we modify poses to accommodate the capabilities and restrictions of Every Body. Private sessions are also available.
