Wellness Quest Counseling offers individual and group therapy for ages 8 and up, blending geek culture with evidence-based practices to support mental health. Rooted in geek therapy, we help kids and young adults harness their passions as powerful tools for growth, resilience, and connection. Our 10-week therapeutically applied Dungeons and Dragons campaigns provide a creative space to build social skills, manage challenges like anxiety and ADHD, and explore new ways of thriving.
We offer 10-week after-school sessions for preteens and teens who want to build social skills, manage anxiety, depression, or ADHD, and connect with others in a fun, supportive environment.
