Studio Art Camp for Beginners

Campers will spend the full week exploring drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, collage, and a variety of other media. Kids will dive into multiple wet and dry materials such as color pencil, chalk, marker, watercolor paints, acrylic paints, and much more. Studio Art for Beginners offers tons of fun while learning about color, visual discovery, and material exploration. This will be an engaging introduction for all while creating a variety 2-D and 3-D art.
Campers will have opportunities throughout camp to break away from the studio for outdoor recreation (weather permitting) such as kickball, soccer, basketball, chalk drawing, and hiking/nature exploring. For Rainy days, we have indoor activities such as boardgames, uno, and other team building activities. Popsicles provided every day after lunch!
