Mountain High Adventure Camp - Introduction to Adventure - Session #2 - for 7- to 12-year-olds

This is a 5-day(day camp with overnight) session running
from Monday, July 6th to Friday July 10th, 2020.
Monday.. 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM - We will go canoeing today at Buck Pond in Greece. We will have a picnic lunch, play some games, perhaps a craft project, swimming and return to Britton Rd. by 4:30 PM.
We will provide a picnic lunch today. Bring a swimsuit and towel, sunscreen, full water bottle, water shoes or old sneakers and sunglasses (optional). Bring a small backpack (book bag) to carry your stuff.
Tuesday… 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM - Today we will be riding our bicycles. We may ride between 10 and 12 miles total. We will start by checking the bicycles and making any needed adjustments. We will go over bicycle safety rules. Finally, we will leave for our ride. . Afterwards, we will eat lunch, play some games (maybe a round of disc golf) and go swimming at the beach or maybe the slip-n-slide.
Bring a lunch, swimsuit and towel, sunscreen, full water bottle, water shoes (optional) and sunglasses (optional). Bring a small backpack (book bag) to carry your stuff and a bike.
Wednesday we will go to Webster Park and do some geocaching fishing and exploring along the creek and later some games or swimming.
Thursday – Friday… Overnight. We will meet at 8:30 AM on Thursday to plan our menu and check over our equipment for our overnight trip to Buttermilk Falls State Park. We will go shopping, pack everything into the trailer, and leave for the overnight. We will spend the two days hiking and exploring , swimming, and having fun. Everyone will get a chance to cook, clean up, set up tents, hang out around the campfire, toast marshmallows, and make smores. If everything works out, we may also do some Dutch oven cooking like cobbler or baking a cake. We will be back by 4:30 PM on Friday.
Bring comfortable clothing, warm fleece or sweater, jacket, raincoat, eating utensils (plastic cup, bowl, plate and silverware), flashlight, sleeping bag, swimsuit and towel, personal items (soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc), small backpack (for hiking), water bottle, camera (optional),
