Mountain High Adventure Camp - Introduction to Adventure - Session #2 - for 7- to 12-year-olds

This is a 5-day(day camp with overnight) session
Monday.. 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM - We will go canoeing today on Black Creek off Scottsville Rd. Later we will head to the beach, play some games, go swimming and return to Britton Rd. by 4:30 PM.
Tuesday… 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM - Today we will be riding our bicycles. We may ride between 10 and 12 miles total. We will start by checking the bicycles and making any needed adjustments. We will go over bicycle safety rules. Finally, we will leave for our ride. . Afterwards, We will provide a picnic lunch today. play some games and go swimming at the beach or maybe the slip-n-slide.
Wednesday... 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM - We will go to Durand Eastman Park to do some hiking and geocaching, a rope bridge and maybe a zipline. Maybe swimming in the afternoon.
Thursday – Friday… Overnight. We will meet at 8:30 AM on Thursday to plan our menu and check over our equipment for our overnight trip to Green Lakes State Park. We will go shopping, pack everything into the trailer, and leave for the overnight. We will spend the two days hiking and exploring , swimming, and having fun. Everyone will get a chance to cook, clean up, set up tents, hang out around the campfire, toast marshmallows, and make smores. If everything works out, we may also do some Dutch oven cooking like cobbler or baking a cake. We will be back by 4:30 PM on Friday.
