At Mindful Makers Academy we empower your child to explore mindfulness through creative crafts, yoga, and self-expression. Our programs foster curiosity, build confidence, and nurture inner calm. We offer mindfulness & art classes for kids and families, as well as drop-in Paint & Play times for toddlers and caregivers.

We offer Mindful Maker and Mindful Mover Classes for kids ages 4-12, combining mindfulness, STEAM-based crafting, process art, yoga, and more. We also offer Paint & Play sessions for toddlers ages 2-4 and caregivers.
