Our Lady of Mercy for Young Women Youth Rowing Team. Mercy Crew Inc. is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization whose mission is to promote the sport of rowing and to provide equipment and resources to Mercy Crew team. The athletes are young women attending Our Lady of Mercy High School in grades 7-12. The team was founded in 2005 and as interest in the sport of rowing has grown so has the team. We currently have approximately 30 girls actively involved in this sport making it one of the largest teams at Mercy. The sport is considered a varsity level sport at Mercy.
