Students explore the field of robotics hands-on by using Lego Mindstorm NXTs to design, build and program Lego robots.
RoboCamp @ RIT is a week-long robotics camp that is offered during the month of July. RoboCamp is hosted by the Multi Agent BioRobotics Laboratory (MABL) through the Electrical and Microelectronic Engineering Department at RIT. The camp provides a hands-on teaching environment for students currently enrolled in grades 5-10. The camp introduces students to the field of robotics through the use of Lego Mindstorm NXT kits and numerous short tasks and one week-long task.
