Celebrate Easter with a vibrant Caribbean twist! Join us for an unforgettable Caribbean Easter Brunch, where tradition meets island flavors in an elevated prix fixe dining experience. This year, we’re excited to welcome Island Wraps‘ Executive Chef Patricia Simmonds. Pat, originally from Jamaica is an award-winning chef, who has collected multiple blue ribbons for her Jamaican food all across the Eastern US. She will be crafting a special 4-course menu that reimagines Easter celebration with bold Caribbean spices and fresh, tropical ingredients. Each dish will be paired with imaginative mocktails, inspiring cocktails, crisp wines and/or refreshing beers and ciders.
Starting at $65pp plus tax and gratuity, including all beverage pairings. This option includes the Jammin Jerk Chicken. Add $5 to substitute the chicken for the vegetarian medley or the snapper; or $10 to enjoy the chicken & snapper combo. Outdoor seating will be offered on a first request first served basis. But both, the deck as well as the indoor tables offer breathtaking views of Seneca Lake.

Squash, pumpkin, carrot, Caribbean spices, veggie noodles

a) Jammin Jerk Chicken with pineapple
b) Vegetarian Medley
c) Escovitch Snapper fillet with sweet & savory Caribbean sauce
d) Chicken & Snapper Combo
All served with smashed roots & roasted veggies
4. Tropical Cheesecake
Creamy cheese cake with mango, pineapple and strawberry drizzle
