Synchronized swimming is a fun sport that blends swimming, dance, and gymnastics together. Kids ages 7-19 years can take classes and become part of the Rochester Dolphins Synchronized Swimming Team. Swimmers perform a synchronized routine (solo, duet, team) of elaborate moves in the water, accompanied by great music. The sport takes strength, flexibility, and coordination. This program is open to YMCA members.

The next generation of the YMCA is here! This 140,000 square foot state-of-the-art new facility, located at the corner of Clover Street and Jefferson Road, is a nationally recognized collaborative model that will achieve the YMCA mission. One of the greatest misconceptions about the YMCA is that the Y is just a building with a pool and a gym. The reality is that the YMCA is a powerful agent of change focused on strengthening our community. The new Schottland Family Branch is expanding Y services to meet the needs of more individuals, families, children, and seniors.
