This winter program is built for girls with JV and/or Varsity experience who are ready to train with purpose. Across 18 sessions, players will fine-tune technical skills, improve court IQ, and push themselves in a competitive, high-energy environment. Whether you're working toward a starting spot or preparing for a standout senior season, this is where the off-season work gets done.

Whether you're aiming to lead your team next fall, boost your skills and confidence, or get prepared for a JV tryout in the fall, this program will challenge you, sharpen your game, and keep things fun along the way!

Game on! Girls with JV and/or Varsity experience come put all of the skill practice and fitness development on display in competitive game play across 10 sessions. Mix up teams, try a new position, try different schemes and strategies, and just play!
