THIRD QUARTER MOON YOGA WITH NIKI OF YOGA LOVE
Niki will guide you through a slow flow practice opening our bodies while using the breath. Connect to some moon postures and connect to your own inner light.
Outside at Rotary Park near the basketball courts (at the library if the weather is poor).
Open to all age 10 and up. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and towel. Registration requested.
