Learn about the fairy adventures of Frances and Elise in Cottingley, England around 1917. Their adventures became known worldwide! Then create a whimsical world in this delightful hands-on Teacup Fairy Garden Workshop. Please bring a favorite teacup (or mug) that will be used to design your miniature garden. Using acorn caps, moss, seashells, twigs, and stones, you will craft and build a delicate world to enchant the fairies. This is a magical experience, a perfect way to spend a summer afternoon. This event is geared to children ages 8-12. Please register.
Don’t forget to bring your teacup and your belief in fairies!
Note: if you have an earring or broken jewelry (beads, charms), please bring them to add to your garden. Fairies love shiny objects!
