Looking for an unforgettable summer experience for your young lacrosse player? Join the Rochester Knighthawks for three action-packed days of learning, competition, and fun at The Blue Cross Arena.
From July 21–23, campers in grades 1–8 will step onto an actual NLL floor and receive hands-on instruction from Rochester Knighthawks players and staff. This unique experience gives young athletes the opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence, and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to compete at the professional level.
Camp runs daily from 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Camp registration includes:
• Professional instruction from Rochester Knighthawks players and staff
• Knighthawks camp pinnie
• Lunch provided each day
• Giveaways and camp experiences
• One ticket to every Rochester Knighthawks 2026–27 regular-season home game
Featured instructors include Team Captain Dan Coates, Alternate Captain Ryland Rees, Connor Fields, Zed Williams, Taylor Jensen, and Matt Gilray. Additional instructors will be announced.
Registration: $325
