Hey Homeschoolers! We can't wait to bring our event to you! 4D Training is an entity of Upstate Franchise Basketball Associaton (UFBA), a leader in youth basketball in the Rochester area for over 20 years. Our training clinics are an integration of conditioning, skill work, and mental wellness education. We value basketball development over winning, and welcome athletes of all ages and all skill levels. Participants can expect to push themselves, both physically and mentally, but will gain both confidence and a new appreciation for the sport. While they will have fun, our clinics are much more than fun and games. They will be expected to work hard, and will be coached by a team of experts who have been immersed in the game for years. We are truly excited to share our love of the game with everyone!

All sessions will take place at HoopsStrength: 1225 Jefferson Rd, Rochester, NY 14623
Ages 3-5: 10:00 AM-11:00 AM
Ages 6-10: 11:15 AM-12:15 PM
Ages 14 and up: 12:30 PM- 2:00 PM
WHAT TO BRING: A water bottle, sneakers, a basketball if you have one, and a good attitude
