Girls Lacrosse Camp

Open to girls ages 8-14.
Hilbert College WLAX coaching staff, with the Hilbert women’s lacrosse players will be concentrating on helping potential student-athletes with lacrosse IQ, athleticism, stick skills (in tight in the CSA vs midfield vs defensive 30), shooting angles and precision, ground balls, communication, and footwork in different parts of the 30s.
This camp is meant for players that have passion for the game and are looking to further hone their own skills.
Campers will need to bring their own sticks, mouth guard, goggles, and cleats/turfs. Goalies need to bring their own sticks, helmets with legal throat guard protection, 2025 legal chest protector with heart protection, and leg protection (if dictated necessary by NFHS rules), and mouth guard.
No food will be provided; Bring your own water bottle and snacks.
