Celebrate Easter with a vibrant Caribbean twist! Join us for an unforgettable Caribbean Easter Brunch, where tradition meets island flavors in an elevated prix fixe dining experience. This year, we’re excited to welcome Island Wraps‘ Executive Chef Patricia Simmonds. Pat, originally from Jamaica is an award-winning chef, who has collected multiple blue ribbons for her Caribbean food all across the Eastern US. She will be crafting a special 4-course menu that reimagines Easter celebration with bold Caribbean spices and fresh, tropical ingredients. Each dish will be paired with imaginative mocktails, inspiring cocktails, crisp wines and/or refreshing beers and ciders.
Starting at $65pp plus tax and gratuity for the “breakfast menu” option. A “brunch menu” is also available for $85pp plus tax and gratuity. Both include two paired beverages. Outdoor seating will be offered on a first request first served basis. But both, the deck as well as the indoor tables offer breathtaking views of Seneca Lake.
Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this Easter brunch promises a feast for the senses and a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

1. Exotic Fruit Salad (applies for both menus)
Medley of tropical fruits with a berry drizzle
2. Caribbean Bisque (applies for both menus)
Seasonal vegetables bisque with signature herb and spices and noodles
3.1 ‘BREAKFAST MENU’ Breakfast Frittatas
Vegetable medley frittata and meat lovers frittata, served with French toast.
OR
3.2 ‘BRUNCH MENU’ Chicken, Shrimp & Ham
Island Wraps’ Signature Jammin Jerk Chicken, Shrimp with herbs and spices and Glazed Ham. Served with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables
4. Tropical Cheesecake
NY Style cheesecake with mango, pineapple and strawberry drizzle

Two beverages that’ll pair with each menu to perfection are included. Choose between Non-Alcoholic mocktails & refreshers, Wine & Cocktails, Beer & Cocktails, Just Wine or Just Beer.
