A Night in Venice
Audiences are invited to imagine themselves amidst the cathedrals and canals of Venice, enveloped in the music of its native sons, Claudio Monteverdi and Antonio Vivaldi. The music explores the themes of love and betrayal. These selections represent a wide range of emotions and perspectives on love, from the joyful to the despairing, the serene to the turbulent. Each piece offers a glimpse into the timeless nature of love, reflecting the many ways it has been experienced and expressed throughout history.
