In the spirit of keeping families healthy and safe, Jump Rope for Heart is moving 100% online so families can safely participate from home. Our goal is 100,000 kids helping kids by participating in the first ever #VirtualJump on June 19th. Join us!

Calling all families and teachers! Come join Heart & Stroke’s Virtual Jump Rope for Heart event on June 19. This is our first nation-wide Virtual Jump event, which supports Heart & Stroke’s continued commitment to protecting children’s health. Our goal is 100,000 kids helping kids by joining #VirtualJump.
Tune in on Friday, June 19th at 1 p.m. ET in English and at 2 p.m. ET in French to watch our 30-minute livestream event, hosted by Benoit Huot, Canada’s most celebrated amateur athlete and member of the Order of Canada.
