The love for reading and books begins before a child can read his or her first word. The Children’s Center of the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe County is inviting all babies, toddlers, and caregivers to join us for a Baby & Toddler Storytime on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 10:15 until 11:00 a.m. We’ll sing songs, share simple books, play with toys, and more! Children are not expected to sit still and be quiet. All activities are designed to be fun and engaging for young children. Come as you are: on time, 15 minutes late, if you can’t remember all the words to The Itsy Bitsy Spider, breastfeeding or formula feeding, if your child cries often, if you just need to get out of the house. There will be time for children to play with toys and parents to socialize at the end of the Storytime. Please call the Children's Center at 428-8150 for more information.
