Wendell Castle Workshop is a woodworking and metalworking school in the longtime studio of Wendell Castle. Wendell is known as the "Father of the Art Furniture Movement" and has work in museums around the world as well as in private collections. His family started a nonprofit after his passing and opened the school. Our classes run from one to seven days consecutively. You can find beginner to advanced classes at WCW. We recently invested in equipment in order to offer blacksmithing, metal welding (forming and MiG welding), and bladesmithing.

The New York Museum of Transportation is unique among Western New York's museums. Our newly renovated nature center is now open and the Beaver Meadow Nature Preserve offers hiking and nature walks, birding, snowshoeing, and so much more. Experience wetlands, wooded areas, and our beaver and kettle ponds. We also offer a Toddler Time program, Storybook Trail, Fairy House Lane, Nature Play area, and summer nature camps. Trails are open daily from sunrise to sunset; the nature center is open Tuesday-Saturday.
