(AFTERNOONS: for ages 8-11) The art of storytelling is important for confidence in any presentation. This camp will introduce skills needed to engage an audience. We’ll practice a variety of techniques to deliver a story including voice, body language, and facial expressions. We will learn to make a story come alive in the telling. With the help of the instructor, students will choose a fairytale character whose story they’d like to tell. At the end of the week we’ll show our new skills in a final presentation for our families and friends.
