Conservation Day at the Zoo

Visit with the Zoo’s resident white rhino, Bill, meet his keepers, and learn all about his daily care.
Learn about the importance of rhinos as megaherbivores, the threats they face in their natural range due to human impact, and the methods and organizations involved in rhino conservation.
For a donation to rhino conservation, enter multiple drawings with a chance at winning:
- A behind-the-scenes tour
- A painting made by white rhino Bill
- A Monroe County Family Fun Pack
This event is FREE with Zoo admission.
