A Magical Journey Thru Stages

Bach to Rock Summer Music Camps
Sign up for Bach to Rock’s Rock Star Camps each week all summer long for all ages and levels! This will be the most fun that your child has all summer. We offer Rock Band (ages 7+), Glee Club (ages 6+), Rock City World Tour (ages 4-7), Beat Refinery DJ Camp (ages 10+) and Recording Arts/Pro-Tools (ages 10+) camps. Our camps are designed for students to work with our highly qualified teachers to learn how to play their instrument of choice, develop a band, learn to play songs they love and create their own songs if they choose. Best Foot Forward
Best Foot Forward offers campers ages 4 to 12 the opportunity to learn dance in the musical style as well as group choreography. They'll also be introduced to proper vocal technique while learning music from each show, do acting exercises, and memorize dialogue in preparation for a performance at the end of the camp session. Shows include The Little Mermaid and Cinderella, and camp meets Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2:30 pm at the Best Foot Forward Studio across from Eastview Mall in Cobblestone Court.
Camp Cherith
Partnering with families to develop confident, independent, well-rounded children, Camp Cherith WNY is a Christian sleep-away camp for girls and boys ages 7-17 located one hour south of Rochester. Intentionally focused on developing relationships, your children will unplug and enjoy unique outdoor experiences. Bible study and camper-chosen skill-based activities (such as swimming, archery, horsemanship) or interest centered activities (such as crafts, drama, nature study) are age-appropriate and designed around individual campers. Camp Stella Maris
Located 30 minutes south of Rochester, Camp Stella Maris has been a home away from home for campers to try new and exciting things, challenge themselves, and make friends that will last a lifetime. Camp Tiger
(formerly Kids on Campus)Camp Tiger, formerly known as Kids on Campus, is a summer day camp based on science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM). Hosted at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Camp Tiger caters to enthusiastic, hands-on learners in grades 3 through 12. We offer 1- and 2-week long workshops over a period of four weeks. Workshop topics align with areas that RIT excels at – including engineering, coding, science, game design, 3D modeling, Maker activities, business, interior design, and the arts. Camp Tiger costs include project-based instruction, family-style lunch in an RIT dining hall, supervised social interaction, and t-shirts to wear throughout camp.
Camp Whitman
Camp Whitman is situated on 117-acres on the shores of beautiful Seneca Lake. During our week-long residential camp program campers swim in our sparkling pool, boat on the lake, make new friends, experience living in the outdoors, gain independence, and explore their faith in a warm, caring Christian community. Our small community allows for each camper to have plenty of individual attention and care. We have a 2-night program for children ages 6-8, one and two week programs for youth ages 9 to 16 as well as specialized programs for youth and adults with developmental disabilities.
Charles Finney School
Summer fun in Penfield at The Charles Finney School! Learn the fundamentals or refine your skills at a variety of summer camps, no prior experience required. You can register for volleyball, soccer, basketball and theater camp with each camp running a week long program. Camps are open to range of ages, skill sets, Finney students AND NON-FINNEY students. Sports camp participants will receive giveaways such as t-shirts, water bottles, soccer ball or basketball.

Drama Kids International of Rochester
Pittsford, July 6-10 and Caledonia, August 17-21. Performances on the last day of camp.Kinder Kids "Far Away Lands" Camp (Age 3-5, Pittsford) - Our youngest campers will jump into stories that will take them on a faraway adventure, exploring dramatic movement, speech, imaginative acting, and craft-making. Grade School "Far Away Lands" Camp (Ages 5-11, Pittsford & Caledonia) - Campers will take an adventurous 5-day summer vacation with “Jetlag Tours” where they will act in scenes from distant lands, dress in local fashion, and adopt a foreign name. Acting Academy Summer Studio (Ages 12-18, Pittsford) - For teens ready to take their acting to the next level: Students will rehearse an original play and create their own short films based on the classic mythic structure of The Hero's Journey.
Draper Center for Dance Education
Draper Center offers an array of options in its well-respected and nationally known Summer Program. Whether your child is just starting dance, would like to improve their abilities in a short time, or is training to become a professional dancer, we offer all levels of study and intensity. Children's programs in creative movement, pre-ballet, pre-ballet jazz. We have 2-week programs for junior and senior level as well as a 4-week intensive training program. Eastman Community Music School
The Eastman Community Music School offers a variety of day programs and overnight music camps for middle and high-school students.Camps at Eastman offer something for all ages and abilities: Adventure Music Camp for Middle Schoolers, Eastman Experience: Summer Classical Studies and Summer Jazz Studies for High School Students, a High School Wind Ensemble Workshop, Baroque workshops, and New Horizons Orchestra Camp.

Elite Studio of Dance
Six week classes begin for all students Tuesday July 7 and Wednesday July 8. Classes are held once a week until Aug 18 & 19. NO CLASSES July 14 and 15. These classes are for competitive and non-competitive students of all ages through adult. Disciplines include tap, jazz, ballet and hip hop. Empire Tennis Academy
Summer tennis is our specialty! There is no better time to learn and improve your game quickly than during the summer! Empire Tennis caters to all levels of players - beginners to advanced. For students 4 to 17 years of age, our program is exciting and flexible! Sign up now for lots of fun under the sun! Empire Tennis has a weekly tennis camp at the Harley School, including three indoor tennis courts, five outdoor courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, and an indoor pool at its disposal. You can schedule half days, full days, or weekends! Students are grouped according to both age and playing level.
Enchanted Princess Parties
Enchanted Princess Parties presents summer princess camp 2020!
This year, camp will be held from July 13-17. Each day features princess-led crafts, a snack, and many other enchanting activities. Camp is held from 9am-3pm at 1101 Clover Street in Brighton. Cost is $125/participant for the week.

First Tee of WNY
The First Tee uses golf to teach youth life lessons and leadership skills. Sessions include a fun, group setting for youth ages 7 to 18 regardless of background or previous experience. Girl Scouts of WNY
Camping is a great way for girls to explore leadership, build skills, and develop a deep appreciation for nature. Whether for a day, a week, or longer, Girl Scout camp gives girls an opportunity to grow, explore, and have fun under the guidance of caring, trained adults. Camp Piperwood in Fairport, NY, features vast hiking trails, a state-of-the-art splash pad, high and low ropes courses, an archery area, and open fields. Learn Cool 21st century programming skills and enjoy a fun tech experience combined with unplugged activities. Campers build their own custom games and Websites while experiencing different coding platforms that incorporate math, physics, art & music. Campers work on custom lesson plans with qualified coding instructors based on age, interest & skill level to enhance their logical thinking and problem solving skills. Kanack School of Musical Artistry
Camps Week I & II (June 29-July 3 and July 6-10) offerings include:
- Twinkle & Arts Camp specifically designed for our youngest students. It offers a wide variety of fun classes to motivate and inspire, while developing important skills.
- Suzuki & Jr. Chamber Music with Suzuki repertoire, musical movement, art, improvisation, and fiddle as well as chorus and coached chamber music
- Piano & Chamber Music (Ages 5 – 18) Students of all levels participate in daily keyboard technique class, improvisation, art, musical movement, and solo master classes as well as chorus and coached chamber music
- Orchestra & Chamber Music This camp is designed as an intense experience for serious students.
Musical Theater Camp: August 10-14
Students will put together an exciting production that will be performed at the end of the week. Auditions will be scheduled earlier in the summer and parts and materials will be assigned.
Fiddle Camp: August 17-21
The KSMA Fiddle Camp brings together outstanding performers and teachers in Celtic, Old Time and Bluegrass, Contra, Klezmer, Rock, and Gypsy Jazz styles for a week of learning new tunes and techniques, making friends, and collaborating.
Little America - Let's Play in Italian!
Little America Bilingual Day Care offers summer camps to kids from grade 1 (Fall 2020) to grade 6 from Monday to Friday from 9am-4pm Every day kids will be involved in arts & crafts, music &movement, cooking, science experiments, sports & games and all the instructions will be given in Italian by Italian born instructors. We’re going to encourage campers to respond to greetings in Italian, to sing along in Italian and to eat authentic Italian dishes. Lunch and snacks are provided. Kids will play sports and games on the lawn and all the activities (apart from cooking) will take place in our big back yard and/or patio.
Lollypop Farm
Lollypop Farm is the perfect destination for children who want a hands-on experience with animals. Campers will enjoy a behind -the-scenes look at what goes on at the shelter and make discoveries through hands-on learning with new animal friends. Lollypop Farm has a variety of camp experiences available. At Future Vet Camp children will learn about a potential future career and learn from staff veterinarians. While campers will learn more about equine care and how our community can help rescued horses at Horse Heroes Camp. There's something for everyone at Lollypop Farm!
Mad Science of Western New York
Become a junior chemist! Learn to recognize chemical reactions and mix up a few reactive ingredients for some sensational results. Mad Science camps are FUN, INTERACTIVE and HANDS-ON! Each day is filled with exciting experiments and eye-popping demonstrations. Campers will learn to love science as they discover the basics of science. Campers will receive take-homes daily so they can continue to learn and have fun at home. Take-home projects may include: thermo-color cup, slippery slime and a reaction tube kit more!

Martial Arts America
Martial Arts America offers 4 full weeks of summer camp: July 11-15 and August 8 – 12 at our Brighton location, July 18-22 and August 1 – 5 at our Penfield location. Our exciting camps are geared for children from ages 6-12 & no karate experience is required (so tell your friends).
Week 1 of camp will run from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, July 11 – July 15 at our Winton location. In the morning (9AM – Noon), campers will be exposed to the thrills, skills and drills of karate. Our afternoon session (Noon-3) will bring on all kinds of games, challenges, competitions and surprises. Full day and half day sessions are available.

New York State Ballet Training Academy Summer Dance Camps
Join us at the New York State Ballet Training Academy for summer dance classes and camps for ages 3 and up. Programs for beginner to advanced dancers will run from July 8 through August 14 in the bright and spacious studios conveniently located in the Wegmans Plaza on 821 Fairport Road in East Rochester. Students will improve technical skills and explore movement creativity while training in ballet and other dance forms with a diverse and knowledgable faculty. Dancers enrolled in the Training Academy will be eligible to perform in the New York State Ballet Nutcracker!

OFC presents the largest theatre summer camp program in upstate New York: ROC Summer Theatre Experience! Summer Fun offers eight weeks of fun day programming for children ages 5-13. (Summer Fun Juniors provides an opportunity for 3-5 year olds to become familiar with our Summer Fun program in a smaller, half-day setting.) Rochester Yacht Club
The Rochester Yacht Club extends a unique opportunity to the local community. We are home to Western New York’s largest summer sailing camp. RYC holds seven full weeks of class for ages 6-18, from our learn to sail programs, adventure sailing classes, to our race team’s that travel around New York State and the Mid-Atlantic competing. All of our instructors are US Sailing Certified, they also have Heads Up Concussion training, Safe Sport, and are certified in American Red Cross CPR and First Aid.

Every week during the Summer from 9am to 4pm we offer a climbing summer camp for ages 6-14 years old. With daily climbing instruction, arts and crafts, games, and our high ropes course there is plenty of challenges, learning, and fun.
Seneca Park Zoo
Explore the animal world at ZooCampSummer ZooCamp immerses kids in wildlife, the environment and the need to protect and care for both, all in a unique setting: The Zoo! These week-long camps run from June 3 through August 23 with themes ranging from Junior Veterinarian to African Adventure. Campers can count on helping zoo keepers, learning about the animals they know and love, spending time outdoors, and meeting other kids with similar interests.

Studio Z, led by a team of qualified teaching artists, is offering 2 musical theatre summer camps which focus on technique, professionalism, and creativity. Working with a highly trained staff of instructors, students are challenged to elevate their skills in performance and technical artistry. Terry Fyke's Main Street Players is dedicated to nurturing the performing arts for all ages. The Warrior Factory
The Warrior Factory presents summer programs for ages 6-8 and 9-12. Camp will include structured and unstructured activities that range from training techniques, open gym play, Ninja games (obstacle tag, N-I-N-J-A, Follow the Ninja, Warped Wall Knockout), obstacle courses, and some Ninja-related activities (design a course, obstacle, t-shirt, etc.).
