Tween Virtual Craft with Royal Oak Public Library

Are you already tired of the cold and being shut in? On Wednesday, January 13 at 4:30 pm tweens ages 7-11 are invited to beat the winter blues with a virtual tropical beach party. There will be a lei craft along with other tropical-themed activities.
