Strong Roots Summer Speech Mini-Camps!
All 45 minute activity-packed camps will be lead by speech-language pathologists. Campers will focus on play all while practicing speech and language. Specifically designed for each age group, these camps will encourage communication skills in a fun and nurturing environment.
Talk, Sign, and Play
Ages 2-3
Let’s spend time with other kids while learning to communicate our wants and needs! We’ll practice key phrases, basic signs, and essential play skills—all through games and plenty of fun!
Friendship Lab
Ages 3-6
Let’s explore cool ways to use our words and create play routines! We’ll practice strategies to take turns, make good choices, and share - all through interactive play and hands-on activities.
Speech Studio 1
Ages 3-6
Let’s dive into play with sounds using a multi-sensory approach! We’ll build our sound repertoire and practice age-level speech sounds through movement and engaging games.
Speech Studio 2
Ages 6-8+
Let’s refine our speech sounds to speak clearly and confidently! We’ll practice joining in conversations, speaking smoothly with others, and feeling more connected in social situations.
