Two overly imaginative pranksters named George and Harold hypnotize their principal into thinking he's a ridiculously enthusiastic, incredibly dimwitted superhero named Captain Underpants.

Fly down to the Children’s Center of the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe County on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, from 1:00-3:00pm, as ridiculous antics ensue with two best friends, underpants, and a cape!
