The Suffragist City Parade

*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 09/14/2019
The 2019 Suffragist City Parade, celebrates our heritage and encourages people to get out and vote!

With a theme of “We the People… & Equality for All People!" here are some of the planned highlights:
• Step off at 10am; arrive at the Susan B. Anthony Square Park at 10:45.
• In the park we will have an introduction by Rochester Museum & Science Center to their project of the 40 most inspiring local women who were firsts in their chosen field, ministry, social justice, or as business entrepreneurs or business leaders.
• Art Force 5 will return with a community art project, details to be announced.

The event’s timing is such that those who wish to head off to Seneca Falls for the National Women’s Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony may do so with ease.

If you or a group are interested in marching in the Parade, go to for more information and to register.
