Did you know that insomnia, brain fog, poor short-term memory, feeling exhausted all the time, weight gain and craving certain foods can be symptoms of prolonged stress? In this two class series, we will explore how stress and adrenal fatigue impact physical and mental health, as well as what to do to reduce the effects of stress on your body and improve your overall health.

If you have a stressful job, kids, or even just a lifestyle that is constantly on the go, then chances are your body and brain are paying the price. In this two class series, we will explore how stress and adrenal fatigue impact physical and mental health, as well as what to do to reduce the effects of stress on your body and improve your overall health.
